Shipping & Delivery
All UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail and Parcelforce with all Worldwide deliveries made by Parcelforce Worldwide.  We are committed to ensuring that every order is delivered correctly and on time. Stock items will be dispatched within 5 working days unless advised otherwise.  Special made to measure products i.e. Kilts, Jacket, Trews etc... require between 4 and 8 weeks for production and delivery unless advised. Any unusual delay in any of our products will be reported to the customer immediately and an alternative delivery estimate provided. 
Please note that your goods may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order has been shipped.These charges are levied as soon as the shipment has reached its destination and must always be borne by the recipient of the shipment.
The average delivery time for Royal Mail First Class can be up to 3 working days in the UK.
Our Parcelforce Services for the UK will deliver within 48 hours of Dispatch and International Services vary depending on country of shipping.
The Average delivery time for Europe is 5-7 working days, for North America is 7-9 Working days and for Australasia is 7-10 Working days.

reidkilts.com will not disclose customers' information to third parties and we do not store credit card details provided. All transactions are handled by secure payment servers and so we never store credit card details.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
DAMAGES - Should you receive product(s) that is damaged in any way please advise us within 7 days of receipt to arrange replacement and for further information regarding our returns policy.  Should you notice damage to the external packaging on receipt please inform the delivery agent and ensure this is recorded by them.  Where possible please take digital images of the packaging and products as this will help us when making a claim against the damage.
MISSING - Should you be missing product(s) from your order and have not receive prior notice from us regarding this please advise us within 7 days of receipt.
WRONG - Should you receive the wrong product(s) please advise us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the correct product(s) to be dispatched without delay and for further information regarding our returns policy.
ORDERED WRONG SIZE - Should you order a standard product (not made to measure) that is wrong please advise us and we will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched (Please note: You maybe required to pay a re-delivery charge and you will be responsible for the costs of returning the original product.)  Should the error be our fault then all costs will be covered by us and we would require proof of the return costs so that a refund can be processed.  Please note that made to measure products fall under a different policy. Should you order a made to measure item then please ensure the sizes are absolutely correct. If they are wrong then we can try and rectify the product as best as possible, but reidkilts.com will not be responsible for replacing such an item or offering a full refund unless the mistake was made within the company.

REFUNDS -
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive you may return it to us with its original packaging within 28 days. A full refund will only be granted if the product is deemed to be in a re-sellable condition. The customer is liable for any shipping fees in products that are returned unless the product is faulty.

Reid Kilts will not stock any items that are not from companies based in Scotland or elsewhere in the United Kingdom. We feel strongly about supporting Scottish and British suppliers and in doing so also preserve the High quality that these companies provide.We hope that the fantastic array of products we have on offer from our highly skilled manufacturers are appealing to our customers and provide what is expected from this specialist industry.
